1. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumer Rights) If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel and withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear, unequivocal statement before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.
- Shipping Refund Exception: We will only refund the cost of the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us. If you chose a premium or express delivery option, the supplementary costs will not be reimbursed.
- Refund Timeline: We will process your reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the returned goods from you (or 14 days after you provide verifiable evidence that you have shipped the goods back, whichever is earliest). We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
4. Returning the Goods You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
- Return Cost: You are responsible for bearing the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Return Address: Please contact info@urbanamerica.store to receive the correct return warehouse address for your specific region. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of items:
- The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.
- Items that have been used, damaged by the consumer, or altered from their original condition.
6. Defective or Damaged Items We stand by the quality of the gear in “The Lab.” If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@urbanamerica.store with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a full replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
