1. Order Processing & Preparation (A Note on Our Gear) At Urban America, our equipment isn’t just pulled off a dusty warehouse shelf. Because our apparel and gear are often custom-sourced, printed on demand, or highly specialized for the field, they require dedicated preparation time.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing before your order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated. We don’t rush the process; we make sure your gear is ready for the mission. This processing window is separate from the shipping transit time.
2. Shipping Times & Rates Once your order has been processed and leaves “The Lab” (our specialized fulfillment network), standard shipping times apply:
- Digital Downloads (The Archive Library): Instant delivery via email immediately after checkout.
- Apparel & Tactical Gear: Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on the specialized warehouse sourcing your specific item.
3. Split Shipments To ensure you receive your gear as quickly as possible, your order may be fulfilled from multiple specialized facilities. If you order a mix of items (for example, custom apparel and tactical electronics), they will likely arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package as it ships.
4. Tracking Your Mission Once your gear ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after you receive the email.
